At PlushyBear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of use
  • Damaged products due to misuse
  • Products returned after 30 days

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
